Solutions Consultant

RemoteFull-time

Own the client product roadmap that turns a promising AI opportunity into a transformation the client can prioritize, fund, build, and adopt.

01

The mandate

Swarm works with enterprises that already have meaningful interest in AI: a priority use case, a partner referral, a warm opportunity, or a leadership team ready to act. Your work begins there.

You will take the initial need and own the client's path to a delivery-ready AI product roadmap. That means making the business outcome clear, finding the right sequence of bets, bringing in the right technical judgment, and turning the roadmap into a proposal the client can approve and Swarm can deliver.

Own the roadmap

Move from business problem to prioritized use cases, product decisions, dependencies, investment logic, implementation phases, and measurable outcomes. Keep the roadmap coherent as new stakeholders and opportunities emerge.

Make it executable

Coordinate Swarm's hive, technical, delivery, and partner teams to validate feasibility, price the work, write a strong SOW, close the engagement, and carry the roadmap's intent into delivery kickoff.

02

What you'll own

  • Lead structured discovery with executive, business, product, and technical stakeholders
  • Define the client's business problem, success measures, constraints, decision criteria, and implementation risks
  • Own a practical AI product roadmap that connects use cases, product change, data, technology, governance, adoption, and value
  • Expand a single request into a coherent transformation pathway when adjacent use cases, stakeholders, or phases create real value
  • Work directly with hive teams, solution architects, and delivery leads to validate feasibility, effort, sequencing, and assumptions
  • Co-develop proposals, solution briefs, pricing, SOWs, timelines, and implementation plans
  • Help clients make informed trade-offs across scope, time, cost, complexity, adoption, and expected business value
  • Drive clear next steps from qualified interest through proposal, negotiation, contract, and delivery kickoff
  • Maintain visibility on opportunity status, expansion potential, blockers, close timing, and where leadership support is needed
03

What we're looking for

  • Experience owning product roadmaps, solution consulting, digital transformation, or complex enterprise scoping
  • The ability to move comfortably between business goals, product decisions, technical constraints, delivery realities, and commercials
  • Strong discovery judgment: you find the real problem, surface the decision that matters, and create useful structure from ambiguity
  • A record of producing clear proposals, SOWs, roadmaps, business cases, or implementation plans
  • Commercial judgment around pricing, scope boundaries, risk, negotiation, and opportunity expansion
  • Credibility with senior client stakeholders and the communication skills to make trade-offs understandable
  • Strong cross-functional coordination without losing ownership or waiting for someone else to move the work forward
  • Experience with AWS or another partner-led co-sell motion is useful, but not required
04

What success looks like

Clear decisions, executable roadmaps

The strongest signal is not the number of documents you produce. It is whether a client can see how AI changes the product or business, decide what to do first, and move into delivery with a plan everyone trusts.

  • Qualified opportunities converted into clear scopes
  • Roadmaps tied to measurable client outcomes
  • Fast movement from interest to proposal or SOW
  • Realistic pricing, timing, and delivery assumptions
  • Strong proposal-to-close conversion
  • Useful expansion into phased or multi-workstream work
  • Responsive follow-through with clients and partners
  • Clean continuity from roadmap to delivery kickoff

Two examples of the work

Client transformation

Turn one use case into an AI product roadmap

A client arrives with a promising automation idea. You uncover the wider product and operating-model change, align stakeholders on outcomes, prioritize the use-case portfolio, and shape a phased roadmap from discovery to pilot, adoption, and scale.

Partner opportunity

Move a referral into a funded engagement

An AWS or technology partner brings a qualified client. You coordinate discovery, technical input, funding or co-sell requirements, pricing, and the SOW so the client can make a confident decision and the hive can start with clear assumptions.

06

What this role is not

This is not a cold-outbound, high-volume lead-generation, or broad marketing role. You will work with clients and partners who already have meaningful interest and need help deciding what to build and how to move forward.

It is also not a strategy handoff role. You remain accountable for the integrity of the product roadmap as it becomes a scope, a commercial decision, and a delivery kickoff.
