How we measure the Careers experience

Analytics is optional
PostHog loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” If you decline, Swarm Careers does not initialize PostHog, send analytics events, or record a session from this site.
What we measure
We measure page views, referral and campaign information, general browser and device information, approximate location, automatically captured interface interactions, masked session replays, and a small set of application journey events such as starting the form, completing a step, encountering validation, and successfully submitting. Replays mask all form controls and exclude network request bodies and headers.
What we do not send
We do not send your name, email address, contact details, application answers, application reference, country, markets served, or supporting-work links to PostHog event properties. Form controls are masked in session replay. Analytics is not used to score your application or make hiring decisions, and analytics events are not joined to your application record in Neon.
