Growth Marketing Associate
Help Swarm turn ambitious growth ideas into polished campaigns, executive experiences, and warm enterprise opportunities across the US and ANZ. You will work hands-on with AI as the tools and market keep changing.
Bring the right people together.
Turn ideas into sharp campaigns.
Earn trust through thoughtful follow-up.
Create warm opportunities for sales.
The role
Swarm is a high-growth global AI consultancy working close to frontier technologies, exceptional teammates, strategic partners, and hyperscalers. Our growth work has to match the quality of the company we are building.
AI is part of both what we market and how we work. You do not need to arrive as an expert, but you should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools, learning quickly, and using them hands-on to research, draft, build, and improve the work.
You will work primarily across growth, marketing, and design, reporting to our Chief Design Officer. This is a hands-on generalist role: one week may involve an executive event and a priority guest list; the next may involve an ABM campaign, a thought-leadership post, a one-pager, or a website update.
The common thread is momentum. You will help generate promising leads, keep relationships warm, and make sure the details required to move the work forward actually happen.
What you'll own
- Help plan and deliver executive events, including Candid Convos, industry gatherings, roundtables, and other pipeline-acceleration programs
- Coordinate venues, vendors, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, event materials, and follow-up
- Research and thoughtfully engage C-suite executives, line-of-business leaders, and other priority guests
- Build and maintain prospect and account lists for outbound and account-based marketing campaigns
- Keep promising relationships warm and hand opportunities to sales with useful context and clear next steps
- Contribute to integrated campaigns across events, outbound, thought leadership, social, partnerships, and ABM
- Turn internal expertise into useful content, campaign ideas, and distribution opportunities
- Create and improve presentations, one-pagers, social assets, event materials, and other lightweight collateral
- Make minor website and content updates while protecting a high standard of presentation
- Keep projects organized, communicate clearly, and make sure important details do not fall through the cracks
Where you can be strongest
You do not need to be equally strong at everything. We are looking for someone with real depth in at least two or three areas and the curiosity to learn the rest.
Events and field marketing
Create high-trust experiences for senior audiences, from the venue and guest list through the conversation and follow-up.
Outbound, demand generation, and ABM
Build useful lists, support thoughtful outreach, and connect accounts, campaigns, partners, events, and sales follow-through.
Thought leadership, content, and social
Turn strong ideas into clear stories, useful content, and a consistent distribution rhythm that earns attention.
Design, presentations, and the website
Ship polished decks, one-pagers, event materials, lightweight creative, and small website improvements.
What we're looking for
- Roughly two to three years of relevant experience, ideally including sustained ownership in a first full-time role; strong internships, student leadership, community work, and independent projects can count
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the emotional intelligence and judgment to work with senior executives, partners, prospects, and teammates
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail across several moving workstreams
- Strong visual taste and high standards for creative work, presentations, and website quality
- A hands-on-keyboard mindset: you are willing to write, make, build, coordinate, and improve things yourself
- Curiosity and resourcefulness in ambiguous situations; you ask why, find the real problem, and propose a useful next step
- The ability to gain trust and influence without relying on hierarchy
- Comfort learning and working with AI: you experiment with unfamiliar tools, apply them thoughtfully, and keep improving how you research, create, and ship
Your experience may come from B2B technology, consulting, a startup, an agency, events, an association, or an in-house marketing team. We care more about the quality of your thinking and work than a perfectly linear résumé.
Strong signals
A traditional portfolio is not required, but evidence of your work is strongly encouraged. We want to see your taste, initiative, marketing judgment, and care for the details.
- Marketing leadership in a student organization, event, nonprofit, community, or industry association
- A marketing, communications, business, design, or related degree or program
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong taste
- A personal or side project that shows real marketing acumen
- An event you organized that brought together prominent people
- A campaign case study, vibe-coded website, Notion page, deck, one-pager, or community you helped grow
How we work
- Collaborate. Build trust, freely give and receive help, and succeed by lifting the people around you.
- Fall in love with the problem. Ask why, explore before jumping to a solution, and stay strategic and curious in ambiguity.
- Commit to the craft. Take ownership, care about quality and polish, nail the fundamentals, and make things happen.
This is not a strategy-only or coordination-only role. You will often be the person doing the work as well as helping organize it. High standards matter, and so does knowing how to work with people.
Role setup
This is a full-time, Manila-based hybrid role. We work together in the office one day each week, with in-person attendance at events as needed. Some events may happen outside standard working hours.
That weekly day together is intentional: it creates proximity and craft apprenticeship. You will make things alongside the Chief Design Officer and experienced teammates, share work early, see how decisions get made, and receive direct feedback that helps you build judgment and taste faster.
You will report to Swarm's Chief Design Officer and work primarily with the growth, marketing, and design team, while collaborating closely with sales and other teammates across Swarm's global go-to-market efforts.
